RF Techniques is a leading designer and manufacturer of high reliable & high quality brazed power Resistors, Attenuators and Terminations for the RF or DC applications. MRF Techniques, Inc. DBA RF Techniques was founded and incorporated in 1989 to support the military and commercial market.
RF Technique’s R&D and manufacturing facility is located in a well known industrial area in San Jose, California, USA. Design, R&D and manufacturing is done in USA.
RF Techniques uses a High Temperature Brazing process which yields lower thermal resistance path and higher power handling capability as compared to other manufacturer's products. The high temperature brazing process produces improved reliability and power derating up to 250 deg C.
RFT also manufactures soldered Flange Resistors, Flange Terminations, Chip Resistors, and Chip Terminations. RFT has the capability to custom manufacture customers designs. RF Techniques can supply BeO free components built in Alumina ceramic or Aluminum Nitride substrates.
