MRF Techniques, Inc. DBA RF Techniques (RFT), is a leading designer and manufacturer of the High Power Resistors, High Power Attenuators and High Power Terminations. Our high reliable brazed products are used in military, space, commercial, broadcast, and wireless applications. RF Techniques products includes RFT brand flange mounted and surface mounted resistors, terminations, attenuators in BeO, AlN and Alumina substrates.


High Power Resistor packages includes brazed, standard, surface mount, flangeless and flange mounted. These high power resistors are available in a wide range of resistance values. All of our brazed resistors are RoHS compliant and the standard resistors are RoHS compliant with the electronic exemption.

High Power Attenuator packages includes brazed, standard, flangeless and flange mounted. These high power attenuator devices are PI or TEE pad attenuators designed from .5 to 30 dB attenuation values with excellent flatness and VSWR. All of our brazed attenuators are RoHS compliant and the standard attenuators are RoHS compliant with the electronic exemption.

High Power Termination packages includes brazed, standard, surface mount, flangeless and flange mounted. These high power terminations are available in a wide range of resistance values. All of our brazed terminations are RoHS compliant and the standard devises are RoHS compliant with the electronic exemption.
